    Snowshoe hike

An easy form of hiking in order to discover the fauna of the Vanoise National Park and the High Valley from where the Arc has its source. You will cross hamlets like l'Ecot, at an altitude of 2000 metres, and mountain chalets under the watchful eye of chamois (small deer) or even marmots (a small animal that lives in holes) at the end of winter.

A word of warning, there are no marked routes around Bonneval so it is highly recommended that you are accompanied by an instructor. Moreover it will enable you to discover all that is not clear to the naked eye (tracks left by animals, summits and stories about the country...). These hikes are offered for half or full days in small groups.
