Wonderful cozy studio, chalet-like, right at the bottom of the slopes of the Val-Cenis Lanslevillard ski resort.

Welcome to our charming 24m2 studio, welcoming 4 people (or even 5), fully renovated in autumn 2022 with quality materials combining the mountain charm and a contemporary decoration.

Located at the bottom of the slopes of Lanslevillard ski resort, 1500m elevation, south oriented, 2nd floor.

Comfortable, this studio bathes in the sun and benefits from an incredible view over the mountains which you can enjoy from the balcony.

Configuration and equipment:

Living room equipped with a real sofa bed (Rapido) with 160X190 bed dimensions and a bunk bed made of 2 beds of 80X190 (possibility to add a 3rd bed). Connected Flat TV screen included.

Fully equipped and functional kitchen area: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, GRAINS coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette-crêpière service, fondue service, blender, design dishes.

Bathroom equipped with shower, electric towel rack and toilet.

Balcony with 1 table and 4 chairs.

Additional equipment: hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, clothes drying rack, steamer, blankets, hangers, card and board games, foot board (small stool).

Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

Offered services:

- Towels are provided: 1 large towel and 1 small per person.

- Beds are made when you arrive ready to welcome you.

- Baby kit without supplement on request (bath, high chair, umbrella bed).

- The cleaning before departure must be done by the tenant. A deposit check of 60 euros will be required at your arrival for the cleaning and a deposit check of 500 euros for the rental.

The studio is located:

- At the foot of the slopes of the Val-Cenis resort, 50m from the Colomba chairlift, the Vieux Moulin gondola and the ski school (ESF), less than 10 minutes’ walk from all shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, restaurants, cinema, bowling, swimming pool, laundromat, sports shops) and/or from the shuttle that serves the communes of Bramans to Bonneval-sur-Arc.

- On the road of the mythical passes of the Alps (Mont-Cenis and Iseran passes),

- At the gates of the Parc de la Vanoise, at the starting point of hikes in summer and snowshoeing in winter,

- At the border with Italy, accessible in the summer.

- 30 minutes from Modane TGV station.

Free parking is located in front of the residence, private ski locker available on the ground floor of the residence.

Arrival: 5 to 8PM (flexible hours according to your requests and our possibilities).

Departure: 10AM(flexible hours according to your requests and our possibilities).

(Caution: the arrival and departure times during the week will be according to our possibilities and not necessarily in the schedules defined above, schedules will be defined jointly at the time of the reservation).

Non-smoking studio.

Pets are not welcome.

Parties are prohibited.
