A gathering place for food lovers and connoisseurs of authentic flavors, our store offers our products through a short, fair-trade supply chain: Bleu de Bonneval sur Arc, farmhouse cheeses and yogurts from Haute Maurienne, wine, cured meats, génépi, artisanal cookies, and herbal teas, as well as butter and raw milk...
To preserve the authenticity of this historic village, 9 livestock buildings have been constructed in an agricultural zone away from the village, in order to maintain sustainable agriculture and meet current farming standards.
Limited-time sales of our two award-winning cheeses, butter, and raw milk (by reservation), as well as farm products made in Haute Maurienne: goat and sheep cheeses, farm-made yogurts, cured meats, and a wide range of Savoy products: cheeses, charcuterie, wines, jams, honeys...
We are one of 8 stores belonging to the Haute Maurienne Vanoise dairy cooperative, whose workshop for processing milk into Beaufort PDO cheese and maturing cellars are located in Lanslebourg.
