Low-carbon access to the foot of the glaciers!- Until March 31, 2025: take the train to Bonneval sur Arc via Saint-Michel-Valloire station. From the station, take the S53 bus directly to the resort.
- From April 1, 2025: take advantage of the reopening of Modane station. Enjoy a direct Paris-Modane journey by TGV or Frecciarossa (Italian high-speed train), followed by a fast S53 bus link to the station.
Allow 4 hours by TGV, then 1h15 by bus, to reach Bonneval sur Arc, its glaciers and peaks over 3000m high.


By car
A43 freeway to Turin, exit 30 (Modane/Haute Maurienne) then D1006 (ex-RN6) then D902 for 43 km.

Traffic info
In winter, the Col de l'Iseran and the Col du Mont Cenis are closed to traffic. The Col de l'Iseran is blocked by meters of snow (up to 8m at the aptly named "Pont de la neige") and the Mont Cenis road is transformed into the Val Cenis ski slope (L'Escargot, the longest green run in the world at 13km).

By plane
The airports of Chambéry, Grenoble, Geneva, Lyon and Turin are less than 3h00 away from Bonneval sur Arc. In winter, there are bus connections from Chambéry airport to Haute Maurienne.
