In June, take advantage of the opening of the Col de l'Iseran (the route de l'Iseran is closed in late autumn and only opens in late spring) to ride between walls of snow, an experience not to be missed. Every year at the beginning of summer, the pass road is even reserved for cyclists for an entire morning during "L'Iserane", a cycling event that brings together hundreds of cyclists who set off from Bonneval sur Arc or Val d'Isère to meet up at the summit, at an altitude of over 2,700 metres!
