23rd Fête du Rocher

Bonneval-sur-Arc

Rock and Mountain Traditions Festival: vendor village, family activities, pony rides, traditional dances, storytelling, alphorn music, and a festive dance in the exceptional setting of the old village of Bonneval-sur-Arc.

Description

On July 13, head to Bonneval-sur-Arc for a festive day where heritage, traditions, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere come together in the heart of one of the most beautiful mountain villages.

Throughout the afternoon, the village comes alive with a market featuring local artisans and producers, family-friendly activities, and demonstrations that celebrate the craftsmanship and identity of our mountains. Young and old alike can enjoy pony rides, a bouncy castle, a climbing wall, and plenty of surprises.

The day will feature performances by the Danseurs de l’Arc, storytelling by Zian des Alpes—who will bring the tales and legends of our valleys to life to the sound of the majestic alphorn—and, of course, a rock-climbing competition for the most athletic visitors.

As night falls, it’s time for a big dance party organized by the Mourra Savoià association.

A festive and authentic day to enjoy with family or friends as we celebrate the traditions of our mountains.
