Description

We are offering a 50-square-meter apartment in the owner’s chalet, Les Combettes, overlooking the Bonneval-sur-Arc ski area—a village resort at an altitude of 1,850 meters at the gateway to the Vanoise National Park in Savoie.
The chalet is 200 m from the chairlift departure point and at the start of numerous hiking trails, 300 m from the grocery store, and 800 m from the old village where you’ll find a bakery, butcher shop, cheese shop, and other stores. A free village shuttle runs on a loop all day long in winter (departing about 200 m from the chalet)
With no buildings directly across from it, you’ll enjoy plenty of sunlight and views of the mountains and peaks, including the famous Albaron glacier and summit, as well as the old village.

The apartment consists of:
- a living room with a fireplace,
- an open kitchen (fully equipped)
- a bedroom with a 140 cm bed,
- a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (both 80 cm), with a small desk,
- a bathroom with a shower,
- a separate toilet,
- a south-facing balcony.
