Description

In a charming chalet made of stone and lauze, the apartment has been completely renovated in a contemporary mountain style. Great comfort with quality equipment, underfloor heating.
Ideally located, you are 150 meters from the start of the alpine ski slopes. At the gates of the Vanoise Park, you can leave the chalet on foot for numerous mountain hikes.

This accommodation is certified 5 peaks by the "Qualité Confort Hébergement" Haute Maurienne Vanoise label. Pets are not allowed.

The Léo apartment is located on the 1st floor of the chalet with its personal entrance. It can accommodate 8 people, a living area of 100 m² in duplex with a ski room and a boot dryer.
You have a covered parking space.

At the entrance to the apartment, a hall to leave your ski equipment and clothing.

On the 1st Level
- A bright West-facing bedroom with 2 windows, a 160 X 200 bed and storage space
- An East-facing bedroom with 4 bunk beds (90 X 190), 2 windows and a French window which gives access to a small terrace
- A bathroom with walk-in shower and a top with 2 sinks and a heated towel rail.

On the 2nd Level
- A very open living space of 40 m² with the exposed framework of the chalet and a magnificent view of the mountains, with access to the outdoor terrace with table, benches and deckchairs.
- The kitchen, open to the dining area and the living room, is equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and small electrical appliances (kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine, fondue machine, etc.) Crockery and kitchen accessories (wine glasses, champagne flutes, etc.)
- A large convivial table for sharing your meals
- A living room with a corner sofa and armchairs furnished with cushions and throws for a pleasant relaxation area.
- A bright East-facing master bedroom, a 160 X 200 bed and storage space.
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, a sink on a wooden top and a heated towel rail.

A laundry room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a WC.
Wifi connection
All the bedding is equipped with mattress protectors, pillows and duvets and we add a disposable mattress protector and pillowcases.

Pets are not allowed.

We collect the tourist tax for the Communauté de Communes Haute Maurienne Vanoise, i.e. 5.5% of the price per night per person.
