In a charming chalet made of stone and lauze, the apartment has been completely renovated in a contemporary mountain style. Great comfort with quality equipment and underfloor heating.

Ideally located, you are 150 meters from the start of the alpine ski slopes.
At the gates of the Vanoise Park, you can leave the chalet on foot for numerous mountain hikes.

This accommodation is certified 5 peaks by the "Qualité Confort Hébergement" Haute Maurienne Vanoise label. Pets are not allowed.

The Paco apartment is located on the 1st floor of the chalet. It can accommodate 10 people with a living area of 100 m² in duplex, equipped with a ski room and a boot dryer.
You have a covered parking space.

On the 1st level:
- A large living space of 40 m², facing west, with a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and small electrical appliances (kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine, fondue machine, etc.) crockery and kitchen accessories (wine glasses, champagne flutes, etc.). - A large convivial table for sharing your meals
- The living room is a pleasant place to relax with a sofa, armchairs and pretty cushions and throws, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player
- The balcony faces south and offers an exceptional view of the ski area and the mountains. It is equipped with Lafuma deckchairs, Fermob tables and chairs
- A mezzanine bedroom with window and 2 beds of 90 X 190
- A very bright master bedroom with a view of the mountains, a 160 X 200 bed and storage space

All the bedding is equipped with mattress protectors, pillows and duvets and we add a disposable mattress protector and pillowcases.
