La Bergerie is located in Bonneval-sur-Arc in the area known as "Tralenta," across from the "Vallonnet" chairlift. Ski-in/ski-out access is available right at the residence.

Check-in takes place at the reception desk of La Marmotte, located directly across the street.

Housekeeping services are included and cover cleaning (excluding the kitchen area), rental of bed linens and towels, as well as beds made upon arrival.

This apartment, located on level -2 relative to the road, features traditional, cozy decor and high-quality amenities.

The south-facing orientation ensures plenty of natural light, and the 17m² terrace offers breathtaking views of the ski slopes and the surrounding nature. No direct view from neighboring units.

At the entrance to the residence, you have access to a ski locker with a boot dryer.

The apartment features a living area opening onto the 17m² terrace with its stunning view. This living area includes a seating area with a sofa, a dining area for 6 people, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The first bedroom is furnished with a 140 cm bed. The second bedroom features a bunk bed, a single bed, and a pull-out bed, sleeping a total of 4 people (the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old).

Each bedroom has a window.

Finally, a bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet complete this property.

Covered municipal parking (fee applies) across from the chalet (approx. €60/week) or free outdoor municipal parking 300 m from the residence.
