La Marmotte residence is located in Bonneval sur Arc area known as "Tralenta," across from the "Vallonnet" chairlift. SKI-IN & SKI-OUT

Housekeeping services are included and cover cleaning, rental of bed linens and towels, as well as beds made upon arrival. For any requests for additional cleaning or linens during your stay, the rates are as follows: cleaning €200, double bed €20, single bed €15, and towel set €10.

This apartment features modern, cozy decor and high-quality amenities. Located near La Marmotte restaurant and facing south, it overlooks the ski run access point.

The living area opens onto a 20m² covered terrace and the stunning surrounding nature. This space features a sitting area, a dining area, and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary amenities (dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, etc.).

A master suite with a 160x200 cm bed, a bathroom, and a view of the terrace.

A first sleeping area with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a second with bunk beds (the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old).

Finally, a bathroom and a separate toilet complete this property.

The layout of this apartment makes it ideal for a family or a group of friends (up to 6 people).

A ski locker is available.

For parking, you can choose between the covered parking lot (approx. €60/week), located 150 m from the residence, and the free parking lot 200 m from the residence.
