Residence La Marmotte is located in Bonneval sur Arc , in a place called "Tralenta", opposite the "Vallonnet" chairlift. SKI-IN & SKI-OUT

The cleaning service is included and includes cleaning, rental of bed linen and towels, and beds made up on arrival. If you require additional cleaning or linen during your stay, the rates are as follows: cleaning 200€, double bed 20€, single bed 15€ and towel kit 10€.

The living room opens onto a 20m2 covered terrace and the sublime surrounding nature. This room features a sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, etc.).

A master suite with 160x200 bed, en-suite shower room and view of the terrace.

A first sleeping area with double bed (160*200) and a second with bunk beds (the high bed is not suitable for children under 6).

A shower room and separate toilet complete the apartment.

The layout of this apartment makes it ideal for a family or group of friends (up to 6 people).

A ski locker is available.

For parking, you can choose between the covered parking lot (approx. €60/week) 150 m from the residence and the free parking lot 200 m from the residence.

When you book with Altitude 1750, your ski lesson cards and ski passes booked by us are delivered directly to the residence reception desk. You can also take advantage of discounted rates with our partners (lift passes, ski equipment rental).

Rates include VAT, but exclude booking fees and tourist tax. Cancellation insurance is also available at extra cost.
