Location:

The La Marmotte residence is located in Bonneval sur Arc area known as “Tralenta,” across from the “Vallonnet” chairlift. The apartment has its own entrance with a private ski room and boot dryer. SKI-IN and SKI-OUT

Housekeeping services are included and cover cleaning, rental of bed linens and towels, as well as beds made upon arrival.

Apartment amenities:

This apartment features modern, cozy decor and high-quality amenities. South-facing, it overlooks the ski run finish line.

The living area opens onto a large furnished covered terrace (with a table and chairs) and overlooks the ski slopes.
This room features a sitting area with two sofas, a dining area, and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities (dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, etc.).

SLEEPING AREA:
The apartment includes:

A master suite with a 160x200 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower.

A first sleeping area (without windows) with a double bed (160x200 cm); a bathroom is right next to this sleeping area and serves both the dormitory and this sleeping area.

A second (windowless) sleeping area with bunk beds (sleeps 4—the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6) and its own bathroom.

Finally, two separate toilets complete this property.

The layout of this apartment makes it ideal for two families or a group of friends (up to 8 people).

For parking, the residence is approximately 150m from the village’s covered parking garage (approx. €60/week) and 200m from free outdoor parking.

The price includes all taxes, excluding booking fees and tourist tax. Cancellation insurance is also available for an additional fee.
