The Marmotte residence is located in Bonneval sur Arc in the locality of "Tralenta", opposite the "Vallonnet" chairlift. The apartment has its own entrance with private ski room and boot dryer. SKI-IN and SKI-OUT

The cleaning service is included and includes cleaning, rental of bed linen, towels and beds made on arrival.
Apartment facilities:

This apartment offers a modern and warm decoration and high quality equipment. Facing south, it overlooks the arrival of the slopes directly.

The living room opens onto a large covered furnished terrace (a table and chairs) and overlooks the arrival of the ski slopes.
This room offers a lounge area with two sofas, a dining room and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comfort (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave,...)

NIGHT AREA:
You will find in the apartment:

A master suite with a 160x200 bed and its bathroom with a large shower.

A first sleeping area (blind) with a double bed (160*200), a bathroom is right next to this sleeping area and will serve both the dormitory and this sleeping area.

A second sleeping area (blind) dormitory with bunk beds (4 beds - the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years) and its own bathroom.

Finally, two separate toilets complete this property.

The layout of this apartment makes it ideal for two families or a group of friends (up to 8 people).

For parking, the residence is about 150m from the village's covered car park (about €60/week) and 200m from the free outdoor car park.

By booking with Altitude 1750, your ski lesson cards and passes booked by us are delivered directly to the reception of the residence. You can also benefit from discounted rates with our partners (ski lift passes, ski equipment rental).

The price is inclusive of VAT, excluding administration fees and tourist tax. Cancellation insurance is also available at an additional cost.

Outside the pricing periods indicated on our website, all rentals remain available for rent. Contact us for rates.
