Residence La Marmotte is located in Bonneval sur Arc , in a place called "Tralenta", opposite the "Vallonnet" chairlift.

The cleaning service is included and includes cleaning, rental of bed linen, towels and beds made up on arrival.

The living room opens onto an 18m2 covered terrace (close to the restaurant) and the sublime surrounding nature. This room features a sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, etc.).

A master suite with 160x200 bed, shower room and WC, overlooking the terrace.

A first sleeping area with double bed (160*200) and a second sleeping area with bunk beds for 4 (the high bed is not suitable for children under 6).

A shower room and separate toilet complete the apartment.

The layout of this apartment makes it ideal for two families or a group of friends (up to 8 people).

A ski locker is available.

For parking, you can choose between the covered parking lot (approx. €60/week) 150 m from the residence and the free parking lot 200 m from the residence.
