Housekeeping services are included and cover cleaning, rental of bed linens and towels, as well as beds made upon arrival.

- A 17 m² south-facing balcony terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains, a view of the slopes (ideal for the torchlight descent and fireworks), and a view of the Arc,
equipped with numerous tables, chairs, and lounge chairs.

- A spacious, bright master bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, a closet, a private shower room with a walk-in shower, and a smart TV. Direct access to the balcony terrace.

- A second bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and shelving for storage. This room does not have an exterior window.

Second level:

Its sloped ceiling and warm decor give this final bedroom an undeniable charm. It features a 140 x 190 cm bed and a bunk bed providing two additional 90 x 190 cm sleeping spaces (the top bunk is off-limits to children under 6 years old), as well as a closet containing board games. This room has no exterior windows and is not partitioned off.

The apartment has a heated ski storage room at the entrance to the residence, as well as a private parking space 50 meters from the residence.
