This cozy apartment has the highest ranking in Haute Maurienne (classified as 5 cimes) within the la Marmotte residence in the magnificent village of Bonneval sur Arc (1800m-3000m), one of the most beautiful villages in France and also the village of Belle et Sébastien.

The residence is located in the Tralenta area, opposite the « Vallonnet » chairlift, with arrival and departure on skis at the foot of it.

This 75m2 apartment with a 17m2 balcony-terrace offers a modern and warm decoration, to spend holidays with family or friends for up to 8 people.

The cleaning service is included and includes cleaning, rental of bed linen, towels and beds made on arrival.

The apartment equipment consists of:

First level:

- An entrance with a bench area, coat rack and closet. This entrance leads to a separate toilet and a large bathroom with a large bathtub, a washer-dryer and a second toilet.

- A living room-kitchen of almost 30m2 consisting of a large open kitchen with a bar area and a living room opening onto a 17m2 balcony terrace with panoramic views of the mountains.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and small appliances: food processor, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, electric juicer, raclette machine, fondue machine… dishes and kitchen accessories for more than 10 people
A living room under the eaves offers a beautiful volume with direct access to the balcony-terrace. It is equipped with two sofas. A connected television completes this living room. Wifi will allow you to access a quality connection.

- A south-facing balcony terrace of 17 m2 with a dream panorama of the mountains, views of the slopes (ideal for the torchlight descent and the fireworks) and the arc,
equipped with numerous tables, chairs and deckchairs.

- A real very bright master bedroom, with a 160 x 200 bed, a closet, a private shower room with an Italian shower and a connected television. Direct access to the balcony terrace.

- A real second bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, shelves for storage. This room has no exterior window.

Second level:

Its sloping part and its warm decoration give an undeniable charm to this last bedroom. It is composed of a 140 x 190 bed and a bunk bed allowing 2 additional beds of 90 x 190 (the upper bed is prohibited for children under 6 years) as well as a closet where there are board games. This room has no exterior window and is not partitioned.

The apartment has a heated ski room at the entrance of the residence as well as a private parking space 50m from the residence.

By booking with Altitude 1750, your ski lesson cards and passes reserved by us are delivered directly to the reception of the residence. You can also benefit from discounted rates with our partners (ski lift passes, ski equipment rental).

The price is understood to include VAT, excluding administration fees and tourist tax. Cancellation insurance is also available at an additional cost.
