The La Marmotte residence is located in Bonneval-sur-Arc in the area known as “Tralenta,” across from the “Vallonnet” chairlift. Ski-in/ski-out access is available right at the residence.

Housekeeping services are included and cover cleaning, rental of bed linens and towels, and beds made upon arrival.

This beautiful apartment features modern, cozy decor and high-quality amenities. Located near La Marmotte restaurant, its south-facing orientation offers a breathtaking view and plenty of natural light.

The apartment consists of a living area that opens onto the south-facing balcony. This space features a sitting area with two sofas, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, etc.)

Three double bedrooms are furnished with 160 beds and each has a TV and its own private bathroom. One of the double bedrooms does not have a window.

The dormitory is furnished with 2 bunk beds, providing 4 single sleeping spaces (the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old), and has its own shower. This room does not have a window facing the outside.

Finally, two separate restrooms complete this property.

Thanks to its layout and numerous amenities, this apartment is ideal for accommodating up to 3 families or a group of friends (total capacity of 10 people).

An indoor parking space is located 50 meters from the residence.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a ski locker with a boot dryer.
