The La Marmotte residence is located in Bonneval-sur-Arc in the area known as "Tralenta," across from the "Vallonnet" chairlift. Ski-in/ski-out access is available right at the residence.

Housekeeping services are included and cover cleaning, rental of bed linens and towels, as well as beds made upon arrival.

The apartment features a large living area opening onto a south-facing balcony with a stunning view of the surrounding nature and the slopes. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities (dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, etc.)

Two double bedrooms are equipped with a 160 cm bed and a private bathroom.

The third bedroom features two bunk beds and two pull-out beds, sleeping a total of six people (the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old).
Each bedroom has a window.

Finally, a utility room with a washing machine and two separate toilets complete this property.

On the ground floor, you have access to a ski locker with a boot dryer.
