The Le Marmotton residence is located in Bonneval-sur-Arc in the area known as "Tralenta," behind the La Marmotte residence and right next to the "Vallonnet" chairlift. Ski-in/ski-out access at the La Marmotte residence.

Housekeeping services are included and cover cleaning, rental of bed linens and towels, as well as beds made upon arrival.

Upstairs:
A large living area opening onto a 13-square-meter west-facing balcony offering a stunning view of the surrounding nature and the slopes.

The living area features a sitting area with a TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary amenities (dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, etc.)

A loft area with bunk beds (sleeps 4 in single beds; the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6), a bathroom adjoins the sleeping area, and a toilet is located on this floor.

On the ground floor:

You will find two master suites, each with a bathroom, and a separate toilet completes this level.

This beautiful apartment is ideal for two families or a group of friends (up to 8 people).

You have access to a ski locker with a boot dryer.

Covered municipal parking (fee applies) 50m away (approx. €60/week) or free outdoor parking 300m away.
