The Le Marmotton residence is located in Bonneval-sur-Arc in the area known as "Tralenta," behind the La Marmotte residence and right next to the "Vallonnet" chairlift. Ski-in/ski-out access at the La Marmotte residence.

Housekeeping services are included and cover cleaning, rental of bed linens and towels, as well as beds made upon arrival.

On this level, you will also find a master suite with closets, a bathroom, and a toilet, a double bedroom with closets, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

On the ground floor, an entryway leads to a loft area with bunk beds (sleeps 4 in single beds; the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6), a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The loft area can be converted into one double bed and two single beds, resulting in an apartment with four double beds.

This beautiful apartment is ideal for 2 to 3 families or a group of friends (up to 10 people).

You have access to 2 ski lockers with boot dryers.

Covered municipal parking available for a fee 50m away (approx. €60/week) or free outdoor parking 300m away.

WIFI (4G router). NO PETS ALLOWED. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT.

The price includes all taxes, excluding booking fees and tourist tax. Cancellation insurance is also available for an additional fee.
