The Le Marmotton residence is located in Bonneval-sur-Arc in the area known as "Tralenta," behind the La Marmotte residence and right next to the "Vallonnet" chairlift. Ski-in/ski-out access at the La Marmotte residence.

Housekeeping services are included and cover cleaning, rental of bed linens and towels, as well as beds made upon arrival.

Located in the brand-new Marmottons building.

This apartment features modern, cozy decor and high-quality amenities. Facing due west, you’ll enjoy plenty of natural light thanks to the large windows in the living area.

The apartment consists of a living area opening onto a 15-square-meter west-facing terrace offering a stunning view of the surrounding nature and the slopes. On the terrace, you can enjoy the hot tub (optional).

The living area features a sitting area with a TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities (dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, etc.)

For sleeping arrangements, you will find:

A master bedroom (without window) equipped with a 160 cm bed and a private bathroom.

A dormitory with bunk beds (2 single beds; the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old).

A mezzanine (ceiling height limited to 1.65m) with a TV area and one single bed. Please note that this area is not suitable for young children. (The top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old).

Finally, a bathroom and a separate toilet complete this property.

Thanks to its layout, this beautiful apartment is ideal for a family or a group of friends (up to 4–5 people).

You have access to a ski locker with a boot dryer.

Covered municipal parking (fee applies) is 50m away (approx. €60/week), or free outdoor parking is available 300m away.

The price includes all taxes, excluding booking fees and tourist tax. Cancellation insurance is also available for an additional fee.
