Residence le Marmotton is located in Bonneval-sur-Arc at "Tralenta", behind La Marmotte residence and right next to the "Vallonnet" chairlift. Arrival and departure at the foot of La Marmotte residence.

The housekeeping service is included and includes cleaning, rental of bed linen and towels, and beds made up on arrival.

The apartment features a warm, modern decor and top-quality amenities. Facing due west, you'll enjoy plenty of light thanks to the large windows in the living room.

The apartment comprises a living room opening onto a 15m2 west-facing terrace offering a sublime view of the surrounding countryside and slopes. On this terrace, you can enjoy the Nordic bath (optional).

The living room features a sitting area with TV, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with every convenience (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso...).

Sleeping facilities include

A parents' sleeping area (blind) with a 160cm bed and private shower room.

A dormitory with bunk beds (2 single beds, the high bed is not suitable for children under 6).

A mezzanine with TV area and 1 single bed. Please note that the latter is not suitable for young children. (the high bed is not suitable for children under 6).

A shower room and separate toilet complete the apartment.

The layout of this beautiful apartment makes it ideal for 1 family or a group of friends (up to 4/5 people).

Ski locker with boot dryer.

Covered municipal parking 50m away (approx. €60/week) or free outdoor parking 300m away.

WIFI (Box 4G). PETS NOT ALLOWED. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT. NOISE DUE TO SNOW CLEARING FROM 7:30 A.M. DURING SNOWFALLS.

When you book with Altitude 1750, your ski lesson cards and ski passes booked by us are delivered directly to the residence reception desk. You can also take advantage of discounted rates with our partners (lift passes, ski equipment rental).

Rates include VAT, but exclude booking fees and tourist tax. Cancellation insurance is also available at extra cost.
