This 90m2 apartment under the Carrez law and 100m2 on the ground offers a modern and warm decoration and high quality equipment. The South and East orientation allows you to enjoy an incredible panorama.

On the ground floor, you have a ski locker with shoe dryer.

The apartment consists of a living room opening onto a balcony with outdoor furniture and a sublime view of the surrounding nature. The living room offers a lounge area, a dining room and an equipped kitchen. Above the living room, a mezzanine offers two single beds. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, one with private shower room and WC and the second with private bathroom and equipped with a washing machine. The third bedroom offers two bunk beds, i.e. 4 beds (the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old). Finally, a shower room and a separate WC complete this property.

The cleaning service is mandatory. The rental of bed linen and towels is extra depending on the number of people (12 euros per single bed and 20 euros per double bed).
