The residence is located in the immediate vicinity of the snow front and only 200m from the heart of the village of Termignon and its shops. It has 82 comfortable 3* apartments, spread over 3 buildings with slate roofs, each on 4 floors with a lift.
Each accommodation has a balcony or terrace where you can admire an incomparable panorama of the Vanoise National Park, at the foot of the Dent Parrachée, or the ski slopes of the Val Cenis area.
For your comfort, wifi internet access is available at reception. Television is included in our rates as well as an outdoor parking space (subject to availability on reservation). A sports shop offering ski equipment rental and the ESF office are located next to the residence (winter), as well as 2 bar-restaurants (summer/winter).
