After parking your car, you take the elevator directly to your apartment.
To go skiing, you go down to the ski locker on the ground floor and you can go directly to the slopes (25 m).

Situation: at the foot of the Val Cenis ski area (125 km of slopes including 35 in Termignon), two restaurants at the foot of the slopes, a supermarket and a bakery 300 m away in the center of the village as well as a supermarket (with fuel pump) 2 km away.
