A course designed for beginners.

Technical level: for regular hikers wishing to discover mountaineering.
Lodging at the Avérole refuge, which you reach on your own by 6pm on Friday July 3.
Course schedule :
- Friday from 6pm: welcome of the group by the guide(s), preparation for the following day's race: weather, current high mountain conditions, mapping, smartphone applications, awareness of participants' physical and mental levels, individual and group equipment checking, wake-up and departure times.
- Saturday: during the race, collective decision-making. The guide teaches and, above all, shares his experience and love of the high mountains.
