Originally, Louis-Abel worked as a cartographer and data manager in Isère. His desire to be independent, autonomous and multi-skilled led him to retrain. Market gardening matched his expectations: to provide for his needs by producing nutritious, healthy food. Thanks to the
commune and the Association Foncière Pastorale de Saint-Julien-Montdenis, Louis-Abel was able to set up as a market gardener in 2015. He now produces 20 to 30 varieties of organically grown vegetables.
